Financial Advice Provider
Principal Group Limited has applied for a Financial Advice Provider (FAP) licence under the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013. Our licence application is currently in progress. We are not authorised to provide regulated financial advice until our licence is granted.
Dispute Resolution
Principal Group Limited is a member of Financial Services Complaints Limited (FSCL), an approved dispute resolution scheme. If you have a complaint about our services that we have not been able to resolve to your satisfaction, you may refer your complaint to FSCL.
Conflicts of Interest
We maintain a conflicts of interest register and manage conflicts in accordance with our Conflicts of Interest Policy. We do not receive commissions or other benefits from third parties in connection with the advice we provide.

We collect and hold personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. We use this information to provide our services to you. We do not share your information with third parties except where required to provide our services or as required by law.
